This show inspired me to do many things. It has given me the power to love music in all forms and love Pearl Jam even more. I love Neil Young and majorly pissed off my family in the summer of 95' by immersing myself into Pearl Jam and all that I was learning to love. The Sacramento show was the last whole show on the Vitalogy tour, and it also made me listen to the album and try to analyze it (listen to it repeatedly). Better Man, my most favorite Pearl Jam song was used for a speaking class final, and the whole class was singing along with the song when I had to play it. Immortality makes me think of a hot summer day. Who You Are and Habit make me think of wanting to be at home. Habit and Lukin were the songs that really confused me at the show because I had found out how to get Sonic Reducer and Yellow Ledbetter on my own. It was not until any stuff came out about No Code that I foung out that Lukin and Habit were on it.

I can also judge how much i like a show based on my slight hearing loss in Sacto. My ears rang for several days, and the best shows, Horde only so far, can make my ears ring, but none have topped the June 22, 1995 Pearl Jam show in Sacramento, California with Bad Religion as an opener.
