Toledo Show!!!!
by: Carolina Amodeo

Toledo This must have been the greatest concert I have ever gone to. I'm sure I don't have to go over the set list but I'll list some of the most memorable parts.

Eddie asked how many of us thought it was Saturday instead of Sunday. Then he went on and asked how many of had school tomorrow. He then rubbed it in that he didn't and the crowd went wild. He said he could go on all night and would write us all notes. Then he started singing I Got Id and forgot the words. He responded by saying "Someone didn't do their homework."

One of the best songs they performed was Jeremy. At the end of the song when Eddie does all his whoa's and oh's he had the entire crowd sing that part and we did it perfect. It really got everyone excited.

I forget what song they were playing (and if anyone can remember please email me) but Eddie went off to the side when I think Mike was doing a guitar solo and just leaned behind the speakers and rested his chin on his arms like a little kid. It was so cute. He just sat there and enjoyed the music.

Did anyone else think Mankind was another good song they performed? I think Stone does an excellent job with it. Eddie also sang along with him and it made it even better.

I could go on forever but I won't. If anyone wants to know anything about the concert email me at amodeo@umd.umich.edu

One last thing...when my friend and I were leaving there was a crowd of people off to the side of the building. It was the entrance to the locker rooms and where the band was suppose to come out. Well, we waited for two hours out in the cold waiting for them to come out. Some guy named Jerry kept telling us that they were still in there and would come out eventually. Well, they finally came out around 1:00 and of course they had the van blocking the doorway so we couldn't see if they would wave to us. I caught a glimpse of Mike and Jeff only. I was a little disappointed that they didn't wave though. There wasn't a huge crowd and it would have only taken a second. But I'm not crying. I can't wait to see them next year because that's when Eddie said they would be back!!!!

Hope everyone else enjoys their shows!!!
