Wow....Jeff and 3Fish rock and transcend!! What a combination!!...Wondered who the 4th fish was...Keyboard and auxilliary percussion. Jeff introduced everyone but I didn't catch his name. Anyway...everyone who didn't get to see 3Fish and is thinking about it or has a chance to...DO IT!!!! They are so ecstatic...And they sing the praises of Sri Shiva dev!!!! hari bol!!! Well....I am now even more aware of the depth of importance of Jeff to the Pearl Jam sound...more than ever, for hearing 3Fish felt like hearing Pearl Jam with some variation on the lead singer as in Robbi..who is very enthusastic and a unique talent on many types of string instruments...I was surprised he didn't pull out a sitar for one of the songs...But from attempting this myself, I found out that it takes many lifetimes to perfect the technique of playing that instrument.... What a Drummer Richard Stuverud is....wow.....All you PJ freaks need to see these guys if you haven't yet. :)

I was fortunate enough to see the Santa Fe show and it was a good one. A couple hours before the show we walked by the Paramount and were able to talk to Jeff. He was very courteous, laid back and easy to talk to. As for the show, it was real tight. Robbi is an incredible musician and Richard Stuverud played hard. I think the other band member's name is Steve and he was very well rounded with all of the instruments he played. He's an excellent addition to the band. Jeff played great and it was nice to see him at such a small venue. If you get the chance, check them out.

Hi...Just got back from the Three Fish concert at Palookville in Santa Cruz and wanted to share my thoughts. The show was absolutely amazing, they are all incredible musicians. It was nice to see a band genuinely enjoy performing for an audience. Richard really stood out. He played the drums like a man possessed, probably the best drummer I have ever seen live (and I have seen a lot of them). He also helped out on guitar. Of course Jeff, Robbi, and the fourth musician, who played a variety of instruments, were outstanding as well. Robbi made the comment that the audience was just the right size, and he was right. It was so cool to be able to be right against the stage and not have some idiot slamming into you, or some security guard pushing you around, telling you to get back. I saw Brad at the same venue in 1997, and both shows rank among the best I have ever been to. Thanks to the guys for putting on a great show. If you get a chance to see them, don't pass it up, you won't regret it.

This show was Powerful! Truly amazing! Three Fish is inspiring and highly creative. Their music at Pallokaville moved me and my boyfriend to a world of dance and trance. Interestingly enough, we were the only ones dancing! We couldn't comprehend why others weren't moved in quite the same way. Robbi spoke with me after the show and told me he was...."dancing with me".....I also spoke with Jeff afterwards and told him my boyfriend and I had gotten in touch with Shiva energy through his music....he thanked us and shook our hands...Jeff is a very humble and peaceful person. Noticably....during the show, Jeff did not make any eye contact with the audience! I kept staring at him to try to engage him...but he was in his own world. Shy???....So this being the case, it launched me onto the dance floor.....now Robbi on the other hand truly engaged his audience...bringing them into his music...he started singing to the audience, without the microphone, it got very intimate, really quick, and everybody was completely quiet....just feeling the moment...the audience then began to sing with Robbi....it was amazing, Robbi's face was so intense...truly creative...you could actually see him creating...it was all over his face...expressive and beautiful...his words rolled out of his mouth...seemingly effortlessly...such calmness with such clarity.

After the show, Robbi was signing autographs and when he turned to me I told him that I didn't have anything for him to sign...I told him that I wanted to thank him for his music and that was all...he commented that he was thankful that I didn't have anything for him to sign and was glad that I liked the show. Then he said...you wouldn't happen to have a match would you? So I lit his cigarette = ). Thank you Robbi, Jeff, Richard, and Scott.
