WOW! I don't know what more I can say other than WOW! This was my 3rd Pearl Jam show, my seats -- because I didn't act fast enough to join the Ten Club (foolish me) -- were in the 300 section, and I could feel the energy as if I were front row centre. I arrived at the show around 6, they let us in shortly before 7. I was already feeling a good connection with the rest of the crowd, we were all there for the same reason, all excited and guessing what songs were to be played. Supergrass took stage at 7:30. I liked them, others around me were impatient, but I thought Supergrass' half hour set was solid. From the time Supergrass left the stage to the time the house lights went out the crowd was going nuts. My friends had never seen PJ live, so I assured them that they were in for a treat. And I was right.

PJ took stage to a soft purple haze. "Sometimes." What a great song to open to I was so ready to get rocked. Boom, right into "Breakerfall," then "Corduroy" then "Animal," all without missing a beat. The audience was in a frenzy. They must have played 6 straight songs without taking a break. Eddie then welcomed us to the show, telling us it was great to be back. He recalled the last time they played her in 98 "on a slope in a mountain" Then asked if this place was also named after beer. Jeff came over and told him it was after an airplane, then Ed proclaimed that "they serve beer on planes don't they?" Stone's tech problems from Montreal didn't seem to spill over here at all, he was on top of his game and even got to sing when they did Stone's "Mankind." There were soo many great elements to last nights show that I keep trying to replay in my head. This was indeed the best concert of my life, even being in the nose bleed section couldn't phase this experience. "Nothing As it Seems" was haunting and beautiful. Mike was full of amazing guitar solo's specifically on "Even Flow," "Black," "N.A.I.S." WOW!

I couldn't believe my ears when in the first encore we were treated to "Crazy Mary." I had always wanted to hear that song live and was secretly hoping they'd play it. WOW! Eddie talked about Matt and the Wellwater Conspiracy, how we should pick up that disc cause it's "a lot better then the crap we're playing tonight" the crowed went quiet, Eddie laughed and said "just kidding, I'm in the band, I'm in the..." then laughed some more. He also talked about Stephen Hawkins and the theory about civilization dying off in 1000 years, "here's wishing"..."Wishlist." So many great things happened that I cant get them all out, but two more BIG highlights of the show were "Baba O'Riley," blew us all away PJ kicked our asses with that song, the amount of energy could have lit up Toronto for a year. I was so happy to hear "Baba O'Riley," I hoped they'd play it, The Who was in town two nights prior. Then for their final encore I thought we'd get "Yellow Ledbetter," but to my surprise (big surprise, I never even considered this song to be an option) we got "Indifference." I can die a happy man now. That song was so beautiful and with a sea of lighters waving through the audience it felt like a religious experience never to be matched.

What an amazing show. I wanna thank Pearl Jam, Supergrass, and all the crew who put this show together. Toronto was very lucky last night, we were treated to such a wonderful, amazing, incredible show. I cant wait to buy the bootleg :) Thanks a lot guys, and please come back soon. WOW!

I have seen Pearl Jam 13 times this year (including 8 in Europe) But the 1 of show I have been waiting for was my home town - Toronto. I would deeply like to give SPECIAL THANKS to the Ten Club for my fan club tickets. I got front row in Montreal with mine and my friend got front row with hers in Toronto. They really do take care of their fans. Thank You. And thanks to all the cool people that I meet in line for the fan club tickets, you made the time go by faster and I hope you enjoyed my pictures!!

The opening band was amazing. I have been a fan of Supergrass for a few years and they were great. Way go to Jeff for getting them to open up for the 2nd leg.

Then the moment we are waiting for. Pearl Jam come out and start with Sometimes. They go into Breakerfall then Corduroy. The band had a lot of energy and so did the audience. The setlist was really good. A few faves were: Stone singing Mankind, Immortality and the ending in Black (We belong together). Special thanks to Mike for throwing so many picks (even tough I didn't catch any in Toronto) - But I did in Montreal and one of Ed's. My personal highlight was Baba O'Riley. The band especially Ed love playing that song and I enjoy watching them play it. They really give it their all. I can't wait to hear it again in Chicago.

Thank you Pearl Jam for giving Us Canadians two AMAZING shows and for making the music we all love to hear on a daily basis. We love you!!
