What an awesome night!!! The show started off with a band named Stickfigure. I had never heard of them before, but they were great. I later found out that the lead singer was actually BlackJack McDowell himself. So after they finished their set, it was already getting really hot in there!! Up next was Wellwater Conspiracy. Matt's just amazing!! Drumming and singing at the same time. They were without their bass player, but the keyboardist played the bass parts I think. So about 5 songs in, Ed walked up on stage. He did 2 songs with Wellwater (Red Light Green Light, and Felicity's Surprise), and they sounded awesome!!! After Ed, a new singer came up (not sure who he is sorry) and finished the set. After he finished he threw the microphone into the crowd, and I think it hit someone.

Pete Droge played next. I'm not familiar with his stuff at all, but it sounded great. It was just him with his acoustic guitar and Elaine Summer who sang backup.

Next was Marcy Playground. I really don't know why so many people dread this band. I thought they put on a great show. And most of the crowd was really into it.

Next up was the Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World, the Supersuckers. And man did they live up to it tonight!! Their set was by far the highlight of the night. They started off with "Born with a Tail" and just went nuts. Their lead singer, Eddie Spaghetti, let his drummer play his bass while he was STILL playing the drums!! The whole place was just going nuts while they played. Their lead guitairist is just amazing!!! So for their last song, Eddie S. said how lucky they were to be able to play songs with so many people...including "Willie Nelson on the Tonight Show, and Eddie Vedder, who's here tonight, and we're going to play a song with him." So they played a cover of the X song called "Poor Girl" that appeared on the "Free the West Memphis 3" CD. It just rocked!!!

Lastly, Mudhoney came out. It looked like about half the people had left after the Supersuckers set, unfortunately. They missed an awesome band. Halfway through the first song Eddie Spaghetti came out to take a picture, and Mark Arm came in and gave the camera a big kiss :) They ended their set, and came out for one encore. Overall, just an awesome show, and WELL worth the $25 and long drive.
