The American Music Awards have nominated Pearl Jam for: The American Music Awards will be broadcast live on Monday, January 11th 1999 at 8pm (EST) on ABC. Pearl Jam are also nominated for Grammys in the following 3 categories: The Grammys will be broadcast live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Wednesday February 24th 1999 at 8pm (EST) on WCBS. Check your local listings for broadcast times in your area. 12/23/98 - Lance's Interview for Place/Date. 12/4/98 - Book Review for Place/Date. 12/3/98 - Sheesh...our calendar doesn't say April 1st and we thinks someone is bored...Pearl Jam are just fine. They have not broken up. 11/24/98 - A very cool poster being given out at some locations when you get your copy of Live On Two Legs commemorates the Do The Evolution video and is signed by Todd McFarlane. 11/20/98 - Heads up... Possible Live On Two Legs poster give-a-way at some locations when you purchase Pearl Jam's live album this coming Tuesday, Nov. 24th. (or release date in your area.) Sorry, we don't have information on which locations... 11/19/98 - Would you be interested in bidding on a Yield Poster signed by Pearl Jam to raise funds for Milarepa at the Milarepa Fund Auction? 11/18/98 - Inquiring minds are asking: "i'm wondering if there will be a list of what shows the songs are from for live on two legs?" We were pleased to hear that the answer is "no." (Check the RockOnTV site for broadcast times.) 11/1/98 - There's an interview clip with Stone about the Chicago Cab soundtrack on E! News Weekend today. It's 20 minutes into the show and the show repeats at 2:00 pm EST (Sunday 11/1) and 1:00 am (Monday 11/2). 10/30/98 - Additional Live On Two Legs release dates from Epic: 10/28/98 - Minute By Minute...We've received some questions about the length of Pearl Jam's upcoming live album and to answer those: At 73 minutes, Live On Two Legs is the longest album Pearl Jam has done to date. They wanted to do a double CD but there just wasn't quite enough time so instead, they "jam" packed all that would fit onto the single CD which made for the double-vinyl album. Added note: it'll also be available on mini-disc. (Hit the link above to see the cover art.)10/26/98 - Habit...These updates are becoming a habit! :) The mastering for Pearl Jam's live album was completed today and we've received confirmation on the track listing. "Live On Two Legs" will feature the following 16 songs: corduroy, given to fly, hail hail, daughter, elderly woman..., untitled, mfc, go, red mosquito, even flow, off he goes, nothingman, do the evolution, better man, black, and f*ckin' up written by neil young. the double vinyl, single cd album will be released on november 24th.Additional Pearl Jam Photobook info: Place/Date is being published by the Vitalogy Health Club and features photos spanning Pearl Jam's career from their earliest days up through Monkey Wrench '98. (See additional info below.) 10/24/98 - Happy Feet...Here we are with that updated info we promised you on Pearl Jam's upcoming live album. Entitled "Live On Two Legs," it'll feature music from 1998's kick-ass yield tour! look for the u.s. release on november 24th on single cd, double vinyl and single cassette formats. a pleasant surprise is that it'll have a bit of previously unreleased music but they weren't quite ready to release the track list. when they are, we'll post it for you. finally, no radio single or in-store single is planned at this time.Update on Mike's Side Project...We're happy to pass along that sharing vocals on The Rockfords 1999 release will be the legendary Nancy Wilson of Heart and The Lovemongers! The Rockfords personnel includes: Mike McCready on lead guitar, Chris Friel (Goodness) on drums, Danny Newcomb (Goodness) on guitar, Rick Friel (Shadow/Give) on bass and Carrie Akre (Goodness) on vocals completes the picture. Next year's looking better and better all the time.Answering New Rumors: There is no video in the works for Pilate and no Temple of the Dog album is planned. That's it for now!
