 Hi Friends, 

First off, we want to share with you our excitement and gratitude in that the 1998 Christmas single "Last Kiss" is continuing to raise money and awareness for the refugees of Kosovo. Sony has already presented a $1,000,000.00 check to the organizations CARE and OXFAM for the advanced sales of No Boundaries. 100% of Pearl Jam's proceeds from the CD single will be donated to the refugees of Kosovo. Thanks to all of you for helping to make this possible! 

We have run out of the 1997 single. If you have placed an order that included this single we have two singles we can offer instead: Given to Fly/Pilate/Leatherman or Not For You/Out of my Mind. Please note these two singles are not for sale, but only as a consolation. Please e-mail us at: TenClub1@aol.com and let us know if you prefer a refund or one of these. Please put "1997 Single" in as the subject. 

Many people joined the club last year in March and April to obtain tickets for the tour. We will now be sending out renewal reminder notices to all expired members. Just a reminder that it's a good idea to keep your membership up to date for any future tour and ticket information. If you have let your membership lapse, now is the perfect time to renew. Forget when your membership expires? Just e-mail us and we can tell you exactly when your membership expires and how to renew it.

Placing Orders:
We have had a few problems with orders coming in without important information. Please be sure that you include your full name, address and a telephone number when placing all orders. If you are sending in a membership or renewal order and a merchandise order, please make sure your full name is on each order as they are separated and sorted upon opening. We can't process an order if there is no name or place to send it to, so remember more information is always better than not enough. 

E-mail Messages:
I read and answer over 600 e-mails a week so please include your full name, address and your question/request when writing. My computer will only hold a limited amount of old mail and I don't always have access to previous correspondence. 

Video Contest:
Thanks to all the members who sent in a video for contest #14. We will be posting the winners in August and in our next newsletter.

Live On Two Legs Notebooks:
WE ARE OUT OF LIVE ON TWO LEGS NOTE BOOKS!!!! We have run out, and since we had a limited amount of the artwork, we cannot continue to offer this item. If you have already sent in your order, you may still have a chance of receiving one. If you are reading this now and thinking of ordering one, please don't. 

Global Priority Shipping:
Here is a detailed update for the pricing on the Global Priority shipping. 

• The $15 is for 0.5 lbs or less and fits in a designated Global Priority Mail 10" x 6" envelope. Example: T-shirt & stickers or a beanie and postcard set, etc. 
• Not INCLUDED IN FLAT RATE: sweatshirts, baseball hats and posters: they don't fit. 
• If your order includes more than one thing, it may not fit in the designated envelope. 
• For slightly larger orders there is another size envelope of 12.5" x 9.5" and has a weight-based price range, you can e-mail us for the weight/price chart. To see if your order fits either of these restrictions, you can e-mail us at TenClub1@aol.com for an estimate.

Merchandise Info:
If you're an international member and would prefer to have your merchandise shipped Priority Mail, we now have the ability to get you your stuff in 6-10 days. Our usual method of shipping for all of Canada, Mexico and other international orders is by a Drop Shipment and then it's sent by local post and can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery from the day sent. If you would like to have your merchandise sent Priority, add a flat rate of $15 for shipping and include a note in your order that you want your goods sent Priority Mail. 

Past Singles Price Change:
Due to the increased costs for postage we have had to make a change in the shipping for International members buying past singles. Please note: The cost of each single has gone up to $5 for International members. Thank you for understanding. 

As long as you are a member or becoming one, you may order any past singles still available through the fan club. At this time we have the '95 and '97 holiday singles. The '95 single is a double vinyl which contains the four songs: "History Never Repeats," "Sonic Reducer," "Swallow My Pride," and "My Way." The '97 single has Pearl Jam's "Happy When I'm Crying" on one side and R.E.M.'s "Live For Today" on the other. Each single is $2.00, which includes shipping and handling for US members, International members please send $5 per single. 

Please send a check or money order made payable to the Ten Club; we also accept Visa and MasterCard. If you opt to pay by credit card, please include your 16 digit card number, the expiration date, and your credit card billing address (if it differs from your mailing address). If your order included a Long Sleeve Blazer, you can expect to see your order in the next few days. We received our long awaited inventory and shipped all orders out on Monday, March 8. If you are an international member please allow a little extra time for delivery. We thank you for your patience in this.

International Member Merchandise Refunds:

Dear Fans, 

Over the last two months we have run out of several items of merchandise that will no longer be available. Because of the currency difference we have tried to work out a way for our international fans to receive refunds on out-of-stock merchandise. We do not feel comfortable sending cash in the mail and we know how difficult it is to cash a refund check or U.S. money order internationally. We have decided to offer our international members a line of credit instead of a refund. If we are out of something you ordered, you would receive a note with your order stating the amount of credit you have.

We can send you a U.S. Travelers Check for the amounts of: $10, $20, $50 or $100, which can be cashed at any bank or money, exchanges anywhere in the world. The remainder of your refund will be credited to your account. 

For example if you have a refund of $24 you will receive a traveler's check for $20 and have $4 credit. We hope that this will accommodate everyone.

1998 Christmas singles: "Last Kiss"/ "Soldier of Love" 

New Members
If you sent your membership order in before Jan 15 and/or it has been processed by January 22 you will be getting a single. We will be sending the singles out to our new members with in the next two weeks. If you live overseas please allow more time for shipping. 

Resends
We would like to tell all the members who have not received their single yet and sent in their request for a resend, that have not re-sent the Christmas singles out yet. We have just received our shipment of them in and are still waiting on packing supplies. We hope to begin resending them out to members by February 19. We thank you for your patience.

If you have moved or are planning on moving in the next two weeks we ask that you send us a note alerting us of the change. Many of the things we send out to our members like the Newsletters, Christmas singles and new information is sent Bulk mail and will not be forwarded to you if you move nor is it returned to us. 

*This year we had several members request another single be sent out because they had moved and it was not forwarded, we order a limited amount of these and cannot continue to replace them. Please note that in the future we will not replace singles that were not delivered due to a change in address. So please keep us informed of your whereabouts! 

1999 Newsletter
We have put the finishing touches on this years first newsletter and have sent it off to the printer! We will be mailing them out to you the first week in March. We know that it is later than usual and apologize, but we have made alterations to the calendar so it will be good for 1999 and early 2000! Be sure and send us any changes in your address before this goes out so you don't miss a thing! 

New Three Fish Album!!!! "Quiet Table"
The album is finished and is slated for a late April / early May release date. We will let you know when for sure to look for it in your favorite record stores!!
