Past Updates From the Ten Club
Xmas singles and orders: We've been able to get all of the recent orders out for Christmas. The ones that came in 12/17 and 12/18 will be questionable for Santa. People who ordered the Cro-Mag Zip Hoodie will not receive their sweatshirts before the big day. We're sorry but they just haven't been delivered yet. The official Ten Club site has debuted! You'll be able to find the most up to date information on how to join, merch to consume, Pearl Jam ticket offers when there's a tour and much, much more by going to TenClub.net. We're going to continue to post updates as they can be helpful (the Babelfish Translator link will remain above for our international visitors). We'll also point you to the Ten Club site regularly to help keep you as up to date as you can be - and we'll keep the archive of past updates for you to check the info they posted earlier for you. TenClub.net: If you e-mailed in the last week and have not heard back, don't fret. We power-processed membership/renewal orders all last week so the e-mail was a bit neglected. I'll be working to catch up and e-mail y'all back this week. Bootlegging: New Member Cut Off Update: Even if your membership date began after the cut off date you will still be on the mailing list for the single. All new members and renewals who have an expiration date between November 1-19 made it to us by the cut off date and will be guaranteed the 1999 single. Remember if your membership did not expire until after November 1, you will still receive a single. Newsletter #15: Address Updates and Problems...Back Orders: We are compiling the mailing list for the newsletter and the Christmas singles. If you have recently moved, be sure to send us your address change so we can update your file. In the past few months we have been getting quite a collection of membership items returned by the post office. We would like to make sure that you get all the mailings and orders in a timely fashion. Please check this list and if you are on it or know someone who is, please E-mail us at: info@tenclub.net with your address update. Here is a list of Members who need to update their address with us. Please put Address Update in the subject box AND include your previous address, membership number, expiration date and anything that can identify you so we know its really you and not a poser.
