BALL-HOG OR TUGBOAT?, Watt's latest recorded project, is a journey through his mind, life, and little black book. He enlisted the help of a couple pals and admirers to accompany him. Many of the names are recognizable, but lest you think this is a star trip of some piece of Hollywood poofery, guess again. Watt has also incorporated complete unknowns, such as jamming buddies from Pedro and newborn babies - how "unknown" can you get? The end result is not only cohesive, but also awesome. This disc is a labor of love, not something thrown together with Fabulous Rock Personalities in hopes of becoming a publicist's wet dream. The album comes off as Watt's brainchild and masterpiece, mainly because it is. As for the title, let Watt explain it himself.
