If you use Netscape Navigator 4.x: Go to the "Edit" menu and choose "Preferences." Select the "Navigator" item in the list. In the "Location" text box, type http://www.sonymusic.com/ and click "OK." Other versions of Netscape Navigator: Go to the "Options" menu and choose "General Preferences." On the "Appearance" tab, in the "Startup" area, select the "Home Page Location" option for "Browser Starts With." Type or paste http://www.sonymusic.com/ in the "Browser Starts With" text box and click "OK."

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x on Windows 95 or NT, click here. When you're prompted about what to do with the file, select "Open this file from its current location." You'll then get a confirmation message that the information was successfully entered into your registry. If you use Internet Explorer on Windows 3.1: Go to the View menu in Explorer and choose "Options." Select the Navigation tab and type http://www.sonymusic.com/ in the "Address" text box. Click "OK." If you use Internet Explorer on a Macintosh: Go to the Edit menu in Explorer and choose "Preferences." Choose the "Home/Search" option under the Web browser category. Type in http://www.sonymusic.com/ in the "Home page address" text box; Click "OK."

To check if everything worked properly, just click the "Home" icon on your browser's toolbar. That should take you to http://www.sonymusic.com/.
